A delicate ditsy floral print on a sturdy thick canvas. This is a hand blocked print so please expect each flower to look unique! 

Ditsy Canvas is suitable for bag making, upholstery projects and outerwear with simple detailing.

• As this Indian is handmade, sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the dye, weave or print, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.
• This fabric is hand dyed. For the couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will fix the dye to prevent it from running.

Specific washing instructions for this cloth: (note if there are any white marks when you receive the cloth, these will come out when washed). 

We recommend pre washing your canvas before sewing. Putting a large piece of canvas into the washing machine can sometimes lead to white creases, this is because it is a stiff fabric so it doesn’t have room to move around. We recommend doing the following to help this not to happen:

• Wash your canvas on its own for the first wash.
• Sink your canvas in water before hand, letting it fully absorb, so you are putting in the canvas already wet.
• If you can break up your canvas fabric into half this will help.
• For the first wash use a delicate cold cycle with a low spin.
• If any white creases develop ironing while still damp will help.
• Do not tumble dry.
