Peace Fleece Worsted

Peace Fleece Worsted is our beloved workhorse yarn for projects that are a delight to work up and will last a lifetime of enjoyable wearing. Peace Fleece is a breed specific 100% domestic wool yarn, that is woolen spun with a tweedy color. It will dramatically soften and fluff up with washing and use. According to the Peace Fleece website, they throw finished sweaters into a cold gentle wash cycle with very good results.

This wool is minimally processed so you may find bits of vegetable matter in the yarn.

• 200 yards | 113 grams/4oz | Aran weight
• 75% Navajo Rambouillet & Domestic Fine Wool, 25% Mohair
• Spun in New Hampshire.

GAUGE: 4 stitches per inch on US #8 (5 mm)
